I think this was formerly known as the Grey Bar Hotel. In Atlanta, we call it prison for short though. I wonder what that bucket tied to the window is used for exactly? Maybe if you spend the night in this hotel, you wind up "kicking the bucket?"
PS. Maybe it's really a crate place to stay.....
