The day...

• So today was Esther’s very first day of school, ever. She had a great day too. Our nanny (they are called Iyah here) spent the day with her and I am told she had a great time. So now Max and Esther are in the same school. It’s only 8am to 12am, kinda wish it were all day, but they do take them to the pool twice a week for swimming lessons, I’m happy about that.

• Esther’s cold is starting to improve, but she still has a nasty cough, and now Max has had fever and a cough for the past two days off and on.

• We only have one car and we’re trying to decide whether to import one and wait a couple of months for something of pretty good quality or buy one here of lesser quality, probably more expensive but we’ll have it now. As it stands we are juggling who gets the car and as you may know that can get old fast.
